Are sprinkles Pupcakes safe for dogs?
Pupcakes are 100% dog-friendly, sugar-free cupcakes topped with yogurt frosting. They don’t contain any ingredients that would be harmful to furry companions.
What are candy sprinkles made of?
Confectionery sprinkles are itty bitty pieces of candy that are used to decorate or add texture to desserts. They’re made of sugar, corn syrup, cornstarch, shortening, food-grade wax, and artificial coloring and flavoring (via Food Republic).
Are there eggs in sprinkles?
It’s made from something called shellac, which is derived from insects. Our Crunchy Jimmies® are vegan, and contain none of the above ingredients. Standard grocery store sprinkles almost always have shellac in them, and are not vegan. We do have an entire vegan line, free of all things animal by products.
What are sprinkles dog cupcakes made of?
We love our dogs & they deserve Sprinkles too! Our pupcakes are made with premium ingredients (such as egg whites, buttermilk, vanilla, sugar substitute, butter, and salt), and topped with a yogurt “frosting”. *Dog bone decoration may vary, and/or may not be available at this time.
What are Pupcakes made of?
The secret ingredient is potato made creamy with yogurt and sweetened with honey! Far better for dogs than using copious amounts of butter, cream cheese and icing sugar used in normal fluffy frostings. The thought of potato frosting mightn’t appeal to US. But pooches love it!
Can cats eat a Pupcake?
Yes, your cat can eat Puppy Cake products, but they may not like the taste. Please be mindful of proportions.
Can dogs have sugar cookies?
If your dog has snatched a sugar cookie or another dessert that is high in sugar, butter, and flour but doesn’t have the above ingredients, it’s probably not toxic, though unhealthy. Refined sugar isn’t the best for your pet, but your dog will likely be all right.
Can you give dogs white chocolate?
White chocolate contains harmful cocoa butter, sugar and milk but only tiny amounts of toxic theobromine. Emergency vets have confirmed white chocolate is highly unlikely to poison a dog, even if it is labelled as being high in cocoa solids.
Can dogs eat edible glitter?
The glitter is edible and attached with cornstarch so although it’s not harmful if dogs eat it, vets and animal welfare charities are warning that it’s probably not a good idea.
Are sprinkles just wax?
Sprinkles are made from corn syrup, sugar, cornstarch, wax, and artificial flavors and colors. This mixture is shaped into long, noodle-like strands, broken into small pieces, and sprayed with food coloring and a sugar glaze.
